On the Road and from the Sea with Bobbi and Carl

We left Kona on May 4th, 2010. After being on the road for 2 years we finally returned to Kona on April 15, 2012. We are getting ready to leave again on July 5th. We maintain this blog to keep our friends and family abreast of our comings and goings. Life is a journey and we are taking that saying to the limits. On our way to the AF Academy we drove through the Garden of Gods State Park. I have pictures of me at this park when I was 16 and represented Hawaii at the Girl Scout Round Up in 1959.

The day was beautiful and the summer crowds were out in force. It's a neat park as you can drive through it and get an overview and or get out of the car and explore the various trails.. The Visitor Center presented a nice history of the area.

We spent the day at the Air Force Academy. Carl was in the Air Force during the late 60s and early 70s so the Air Force is dear to our hearts. The Academy was a "must see" for us.

It is scrapbook software called MyMenories Suite. It is so easy to use and the price is right.I have been an Adobe Photoshop Elements scrapper for years. For most scappers Adobe is more program, both price wise and learning curve wise, than is needed to produce fantastic layouts.
