Didn't know I got this picture of the mother eagle getting a stick for her nest. I just kept clicking away hoping to get her wings in flight. When I unloaded the pictures I was delighted. We stopped at the Capt. Cook Recreation area and there she was sitting on the piece of drift wood. We left Kona on May 4th, 2010. After being on the road for 2 years we finally returned to Kona on April 15, 2012. We are getting ready to leave again on July 5th. We maintain this blog to keep our friends and family abreast of our comings and goings. Life is a journey and we are taking that saying to the limits. While we are traveling on the mainland we are renting our lovely condo through VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owners). http://www.vrbo.com/268332.Feel free to email us.
